We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager with strong expertise in vendor management, RFB (Request for Bid) processes, executive communications, governance, and large-scale data migration projects.

🔹 Must-Have Skills & Experience

* Strong vendor management and RFB leadership experience
* Project governance, stakeholder management, and executive-level communications
* Excellent documentation and business case development skills
* Experience managing resources for large-scale data migration activities
* Strong project planning, delivery, budgeting, risk, and issue management
* Knowledge of AODA and GO-ITS standards
* Experience with Azure DevOps (MS DevOps) and Microsoft Teams
* Ability to manage project schedules, scope, deliverables, and integrated project plans

🔹 Key Responsibilities

* Lead end-to-end project delivery and drive successful outcomes
* Develop business requirements, business cases, and future-state strategies
* Present business cases to executive committees and obtain approvals
* Manage project budgets, forecasts, risks, issues, and mitigation plans
* Oversee testing, defect tracking, and system functionality mapping
* Coordinate vendors, technical teams, and business stakeholders
* Support cloud solution procurement and cloud data migration initiatives
* Ensure compliance with applicable accessibility requirements and GO-ITS standards
* Manage projects effectively under tight deadlines

🔹 Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Ontario Public Sector (OPS) methodologies and business case templates
* Experience delivering cloud solutions and large-scale data migration projects
* Strong understanding of technology procurement and resource acquisition
