Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group basketball training sessions for athletes of various skill levels and age groups.

• Design and implement customized training plans to improve players’ skills, strength, and game performance.

• Provide constructive feedback and motivation to athletes to foster growth and confidence.

• Assist with organizing and facilitating basketball camps, clinics, and team events.

• Maintain a professional and inspiring environment that aligns with Dream Chaserzzz’s core values.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a basketball trainer, coach, or related role.

• Strong knowledge of basketball fundamentals, techniques, and strategies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).

• Passion for mentoring and inspiring athletes to achieve their goals.
