The company is currently seeking a Backend Software Engineer who will be instrumental in building Cresta’s AI-powered automation infrastructure. This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about developing backend systems that support real-time AI workflows, and wants to help redefine how contact centers operate through intelligent automation.

Key Responsibilities:
Design backend components that enable AI-driven automation to simulate human actions in digital workspaces
Collaborate closely with frontend and ML engineers to create, test, and refine AI-assisted agent workflows
Build and deploy scalable, reliable, and high-performance backend services for real-time decision-making
Optimize backend server responsiveness and ensure efficient data processing and availability
Contribute to the design of secure and compliant cloud architectures
Technical Skills Required:
Strong programming skills and API design experience (gRPC, REST)
Deep knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL database systems
Experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker
Proficiency in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Familiarity with system-level security, compliance, and production deployment best practices
