Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and sell inventory through live and timed auctions, ensuring optimal sale conversions

• Negotiate auction deals to maximize wholesale vehicle returns

• Assess vehicle condition by analyzing damage reports, accident history, and photos

• Evaluate and manage vehicle pricing strategies based on market and auction data

• Monitor auction metrics, ensuring timely unit turnover and performance tracking

• Implement pricing frameworks for wholesale-acquired units

• Work closely with the broader Wholesale & Dealer Operations team to drive success

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail, especially for accurate vehicle appraisals

• Excellent analytical, pricing, and decision-making capabilities

• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a high-paced environment

• Must be willing to work 100% on-site at Clutch’s Mississauga facility

• A passion for cars is highly desirable

Preferred Experience:

• Hands-on experience with physical or online vehicle auctions

• Background in automotive appraisals, vehicle buying, or auction coordination

• Experience as a junior wholesaler, auction lead, or auction manager
