Assistant Manager

Description:

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an energetic and responsible Assistant Manager to join their dynamic team at Panda Express in Toronto. This role is ideal for leaders who are passionate about customer service, team management, and operational excellence in a fast-paced food service environment.

The Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the restaurant, including supervising team members, driving financial performance, and ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction. You will work closely with associates to manage tasks such as hiring, training, inventory control, and performance development. A comprehensive 3+ week leadership training program will be provided to prepare you for success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing daily store operations

• Supervise, train, and manage team members to ensure delivery of high-quality service

• Support financial goals through effective cost and labor management

• Maintain compliance with food safety standards

• Ensure a positive dining experience for every guest

• Support the General Manager in performance evaluations, scheduling, and inventory management
