GOAT Automotive aims to become the Greatest Automotive Center Of All Time, specializing in fast lube/oil changes, tire services, and mechanical repairs. As the company expands its footprint across Metro and beyond, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the shop’s performance and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Shop Manager in overseeing daily shop operations and personnel.

• Lead and mentor a team of lube technicians and service staff to ensure high performance and excellent service standards.

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience during every visit, in line with GOAT's commitment to quality.

• Ensure smooth workflow in automotive services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and basic mechanical tasks.

• Maintain shop inventory and uphold safety protocols and compliance with company policies.

• Monitor employee performance and provide constructive guidance.

• Promote a positive, energetic, and cohesive team environment.
