What You'll Bring:
- A minimum of three years of progressive experience within commercial real estate, ideally in asset management, acquisitions, investments, valuation, or financial analysis
- A strong academic record and a degree from a well-regarded university in Commerce, Finance, Business, Real Estate, Economics, or a related discipline
- Hands-on ARGUS experience is required
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
- A solid understanding of commercial real estate fundamentals, including leasing, valuations, cash flow analysis, financing, and asset performance
- The ability to interpret complex financial information and communicate meaningful insights
- Strong analytical skills, commercial judgment, and exceptional attention to detail
- Clear and confident communication skills
