OpsGuru, a global engineering and consulting group specializing in cloud-native transformation, data platform modernization, and artificial intelligence, is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of production-grade AI solutions. As an AI Solutions Architect, you will provide technical leadership in architecting, deploying, and optimizing advanced AI/ML and Generative AI solutions, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, AI orchestration frameworks, and intelligent data systems. You will collaborate with high-impact teams, mentor AI engineers and data scientists, and help enterprises adopt cutting-edge AI technologies responsibly and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end AI/ML and Generative AI solutions using AWS and other public clouds.

• Architect Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems utilizing AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, vector databases, and orchestration tools such as LangChain and DSPy.

• Guide discovery sessions with clients to identify high-impact AI use cases and define delivery plans.

• Design scalable data and feature pipelines using AWS tools (Glue, Step Functions, S3).

• Integrate MLOps and LLMOps best practices, including model monitoring, retraining, and automation.

• Support AI applications in chatbots, document understanding, search and summarization, and enterprise automation using LLM agents.

• Act as a technical mentor for AI Engineers and Data Scientists.

• Contribute to internal playbooks, templates, and thought leadership initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML solution design and delivery in cloud environments (AWS preferred).

• Proficiency in AWS SageMaker, Bedrock, Step Functions, Lambda, and vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate).

• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.

• Familiarity with ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).

• Experience with containerized workloads, CI/CD pipelines, and real-time or batch ETL systems.

• Proven consulting or client-facing delivery experience with strong communication and documentation skills.

• Familiarity with compliance frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR) is an asset.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, MLflow)

• Orchestration tools (Airflow, DBT)

• Knowledge of cloud data architectures and governance frameworks

• Experience with GenAI-powered automation in business processes
