Softchoice is a software-focused IT solutions and services provider helping organizations become more agile, innovative, and empowered through cloud transformation, next-gen workplaces, and data-driven decision-making. As part of its growing AI Solutions Group, Softchoice is hiring an Architect, AI Solutions to lead cutting-edge cloud-native AI software projects.

The role involves delivering excellence through developing and managing AI-on-cloud technologies, architecting state-of-the-art solutions using public cloud and AI tools, and working collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure successful implementation. You will engage in both client-facing projects and internal R&D to build Softchoice’s proprietary intellectual property.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing, testing, and managing AI and cloud-native solutions using code, templates, and scripts.

• Architecting high-quality AI and ML solutions using technologies such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Flask, and FastAPI.

• Collaborating with software engineers, architects, QA teams, and operations for seamless solution delivery.

• Acting as a consultant to customers, understanding needs, and providing tailored AI-driven solutions.

• Participating in implementations and contributing to internal IP development.

• Supporting sales and pre-sales teams in identifying and shaping opportunities.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Strong proficiency in Python, Java, and AI frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex.

• Experience with large language models (LLMs), RAG, prompt engineering, and AI agents.

• Background in CI/CD for MLOps/LLMOps, infrastructure as code (Terraform), and public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).

• Experience with Agile methodologies and familiarity with MVP ideation and implementation planning.

• Certifications in AI, ML, or Cloud Architecture are a strong asset.

• Experience with containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is desirable.

Preferred Certifications:

• Azure AI900, AWS/GCP ML Engineer certifications.

• Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Google Cloud Architect.
