The Administrative Assistant performs a variety of reception, marketing, and administrative support activities to enhance the operation of the residence and support the managers.
The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
General office tasks;
Answering the telephone;
Touring potential residents;
Preparing minutes;
Compiling statistics;
Maintaining records and files;
Processing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
