Westland Insurance Group Ltd. is looking for an experienced and client-focused Account Executive (Commercial Insurance) to join their team in a hybrid role based in Markham, Ontario. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales-driven insurance professional to grow their book of business while delivering outstanding customer service and risk advisory to commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a commercial insurance book of business

• Develop strong client relationships and act as a trusted insurance advisor

• Expand existing insurance programs and uncover new business opportunities

• Prepare marketing submissions, proposals, and coverage summaries

• Analyze client needs and negotiate optimal insurance terms

• Deliver an exceptional, personalized client experience from onboarding to service

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Commercial Lines

• Must possess a valid RIBO License

• Proven ability in client acquisition, retention, and sales performance

• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and markets

• Ability to assess and analyze risk effectively

• Bonus: CAIB or CIP designation (completed or in progress)
