Description:
Aon, a global leader in risk management, insurance brokerage, and human capital consulting, is hiring a Full-Time Account Executive – Private Clients for its Montreal or Quebec City office. This hybrid role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in private client insurance, especially those experienced in servicing High-Net-Worth (HNW) clients.
This position offers the opportunity to work with elite clientele, managing and growing a book of personal insurance business while leveraging Aon's extensive resources and reputation. As a critical member of Aon’s Private Risk Management team, you’ll serve as a key advisor, contributing to both retention and new business acquisition through strategic relationship management and consultative sales approaches.
Client Servicing:
Analyze risk exposures specific to HNW individuals and recommend tailored insurance solutions.
Deliver proactive, superior service to existing clients, ensuring continued satisfaction and retention.
Cultivate strong relationships with underwriters to negotiate optimal coverage terms for clients.
Stay updated on Aon’s resources and insurance products to effectively address client needs.
Business Development:
Create and present customized proposals to attract new private clients.
Collaborate with Aon colleagues across departments to identify new client opportunities.
Represent Aon in the local community and professional circles to build brand presence.
Maintain a robust pipeline by engaging with external centers of influence.
Strategic Contribution:
Meet and exceed sales and retention targets aligned with Aon's national objectives.
Assist in the development of a national training program for private client sales and service.
Contribute to broader business strategies including support for the Family Office structure and long-term growth planning.
Education: University or College degree preferred; relevant industry experience considered equivalent.
Licensing: AMF license is mandatory.
Certifications: CIP, FCIP, or CAIB are assets (or in progress).
Experience: At least 3 years in private risk management or personal lines brokerage.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with "Epic" insurance software is considered an advantage.
