Alight Solutions, a global leader in HR and benefits technology, is seeking a Bilingual Accommodations and Ergonomics Consultant to join their remote team in Ontario, Canada. In this role, you will manage the end-to-end case management of accommodations for disabilities and return-to-work absences, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements. Responsibilities include conducting thorough intake assessments (telephonic or in-person) to evaluate employee abilities and workplace barriers, collecting relevant medical and non-medical information, writing individualized accommodation plans, implementing and monitoring these plans, and maintaining frequent communication with clients to ensure high satisfaction.

Candidates must possess formal education or certification in Kinesiology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or a related field, along with strong initiative, communication, time management, and organizational skills. Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based applications, are required. The role involves regular interaction with internal and external clients and requires professionalism and exceptional client service skills.
