This full-time hybrid role is ideal for a technically adept and security-conscious professional who enjoys solving complex problems and working collaboratively across business units to implement secure and compliant identity governance processes.
You’ll play a critical role in protecting sensitive resources, improving user provisioning and deprovisioning, monitoring compliance deviations, and promoting a secure and user-centric IT environment.
Administer and manage access for onboarding, role changes, offboarding, and special access privileges in a timely and secure manner.
Troubleshoot and resolve access-related issues, ensuring user experience and security compliance.
Update and enhance identity and access management (IAM) procedures.
Collaborate with system and data owners to assign roles and access rights per governance standards.
Maintain integration of data within user access management tools.
Develop and document IAM processes and ensure consistent enforcement across departments.
Investigate incidents, analyze root causes, identify trends, and implement corrective actions when needed.
Build strong relationships with IT and Risk Management teams to align IAM practices with organizational goals.
Assist in identifying and reporting non-compliance cases in IAM governance.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
A degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, IAM, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT, particularly in identity and access management.
Strong analytical and investigative skills with a solid understanding of IAM best practices.
Prior experience in the banking sector is preferred.
Familiarity with IAM standards and user provisioning tools.
Bilingual: Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
Industry certifications such as CIAM (Certified Identity and Access Manager) or CIMP (Certified Identity Management Professional) are considered assets.
Ability to explain complex IAM and cybersecurity concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, including executives.
Deep understanding of identity governance policies and behavioral standards.
