Inter Academy Toronto, a part of the globally renowned Inter Academy football development initiative, is seeking qualified and passionate Football Coaches to join their team for the upcoming summer season. This is a unique opportunity to work with a prestigious international academy that emphasizes both competitive and grassroots level training, offering a structured and professional environment based on the methodologies of F.C. Inter Milan.

As an extension of the world-class youth academy at Inter Milan, Inter Academy Toronto follows a structured approach to technical development, youth safety, and coaching excellence. The successful candidates will play a vital role in ensuring the effective implementation of the Inter Academy Methodology, focusing on holistic player development, professionalism, and progressive coaching.

This role requires professionalism, discipline, and a commitment to continuous learning, with a strong emphasis on planning seasonal training schedules, managing six-week development cycles, and conducting structured sessions in line with international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and lead engaging and developmentally appropriate training sessions for assigned teams.

• Deliver coaching content in full alignment with Inter Academy Methodology, Procedures, and Policies.

• Plan the season structure and six-week training cycles to meet academy standards.

• Stay current with all necessary coaching certifications and attend internal coaching clinics.

• Maintain professional conduct at all times, setting a positive example for players and peers.

• Participate in trial sessions as part of the interview process to demonstrate coaching capability.

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid C-License or higher recognized in Ontario.

• Completed certifications in:

  • Soccer for Life

  • Learn to Train

  • Making Ethical Decisions

  • Emergency Action Plan

• Reliable mode of transportation.

• Based in Ontario, Canada — only Ontario-based candidates will be considered.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to work flexible hours (evenings and weekends).
