Description:
MatchBox Consulting Group is currently seeking a WFM Project Manager for a 6 month contract role with a client of ours located in Vancouver.
Responsibilities
- Leading the overall end-to-end project planning, execution, and monitoring from project inception, implementation, and close
- Working alongside a System Implementation (SI) partner to manage all phases for a retail WFM project within UKG Pro. Delivering labor forecasting and scheduling capabilities that align to business expectations
- Managing resources, risks, and stakeholder communication
- Creating and tracking project goals that align back to organizational objectives
- Ensuring projects are delivered with quality and on time, on scope, on budget
- Leading the creation and maintenance of deliverables that may include project plans, status reports, risk assessments, and successful project completion
- Focusing on projects that have a moderate to significant impact for the retail technology team and cross-functional initiatives
- Adopting and maintaining global Technology PMO standards, tools, templates, procedures and methodologies
- Creating and tracking key metrics related to WFM labor & scheduling to monitor project performance and progress
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in project management
- Experience managing end to end projects
- UKG Pro and WFM experience
- PMI certified, Scrum Alliance certified, or equivalent (e.g. PMP or CSM)
- Experience with Project Management software (e.g. Microsoft Office, JIRA, and/or Confluence)
- Excellent collaborator while also being able to work effectively with a team
- Adaptable and demonstrate forward thinking on new challenges
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks within tight timescales
