Description:

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure our website is developed in alignment with our broader Customer Experience Strategy
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive strong performance from the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? Website
  • Accountable for achievement of online revenue goals and business objectives.
  • Identifiy opportunities and define business priorities in-alignment with the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? online strategic objectives. Work collaboratively across teams to develop the plan and KPIs to execute
  • Work closely with the Business Technology and the Web Operations team to execute business priorities connected to brand goals and objectives
  • Work closely with web analytics to leverage customer insights to drive decision making and inform strategies
  • Work closely with CRO to drive conversion through micro tests and experiments and scaling results to drive growth for the business
  • Work collaboratively with UX/UI to deliver consistency with web design and customer experience
  • Work collaboratively with marketing stakeholders to optimize marketing investments that will support online revenue goals and objectives
  • Monitor, assesse, and report on appropriate metrics and results related to web experience and online performance
  • Share best practices, industry trends, and new innovations within and across our business
