Care Bridge Documentation, a grassroots social impact initiative based in Calgary, Alberta, is seeking a creative and driven Content Creator (Volunteer) to join its growing team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about creating impactful content to raise awareness, drive engagement, and amplify the mission of helping individuals access essential services such as housing, benefits, and accommodations through professional documentation support.

The Content Creator will contribute to the organization’s online presence by developing engaging content for social media, websites, blogs, and outreach materials, playing a key role in strengthening community connections and spreading awareness about their mission to reduce systemic barriers.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop written, visual, or multimedia content for social media platforms, website, blogs, and outreach materials.

• Collaborate with outreach and marketing volunteers to maintain consistent messaging.

• Assist in creating reels, infographics, carousels, and short-form videos (optional but preferred).

• Research trends and community stories to inform future content strategies.

• Help craft content calendars and contribute ideas for new campaigns.

Preferred Skills (Not All Required)

• Strong writing or graphic design skills.

• Familiarity with tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Express.

• Understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn).

• Basic knowledge of accessibility and inclusive messaging.

• Interest in social impact, advocacy, or nonprofit communication.
