Role Responsibilities
 

• Analyze short video clips and images to produce structured annotations capturing subjects, objects, environments, audio cues, temporal dynamics, mood, and storytelling elements.
• Collaborate directly with Mercor's project leads to enhance AI systems' understanding of complex visual and narrative information.
• Apply judgment to decide which attributes best describe a scene and express subtle narrative or emotional cues.
• Follow precise instructions and quickly adopt new requirements to improve AI model performance.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while maintaining flexibility in your schedule.
   

Qualifications

Must-Have
 

• Experience in roles such as movie producer, film editor, screenwriter, archivist, media analyst, or generalist with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Currently residing in the U.S., UK, or Canada.
