Key Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering high-quality funeral and memorial services.

• Support families with planning, arrangements, and aftercare.

• Contribute to the cooperative's mission of providing respectful, community-centered services.

• Perform operational tasks based on the assigned role (administration, customer service, technical assistance, etc.).

Candidate Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Empathy, discretion, and professionalism in dealing with grieving families.

• Ability to work in a team-oriented and community-focused environment.

• Relevant experience in funeral services, customer service, or administrative support is an asset but not mandatory for all roles.
