CAE, a global leader in aviation training and simulation, is seeking a Value Chain Analyst to support and optimize strategic initiatives within the procurement department. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing efficiency, visibility, and operational performance by performing financial, logistical, and ERP system analyses. Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current data and processes to support and implement improvements that enhance operational effectiveness.

  • Develop new tools and analysis mechanisms to guide departmental strategy.

  • Present data periodically and propose corrective actions to align with departmental objectives.

  • Analyze monthly budget variances and implement necessary adjustments.

  • Create various analytical files using Microsoft Office tools and in-house systems.

  • Recommend new operational approaches and participate in the optimization of business processes.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

  • 3–5 years of corporate experience as an analyst.

  • Fully bilingual (French and English) – English fluency is essential for international collaboration.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Self-driven, responsible, and able to work independently.

  • Highly detail-oriented and results-focused.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access).

  • Strong presentation and communication skills.

  • Sound business judgment and creative thinking.
