Third Key Holder

 

Description:

As a Third Key Holder at Fossil, you will act as an enthusiastic product expert and key team player who supports store operations and contributes to creating an exceptional customer experience. This role involves leading by example, coaching team members, and ensuring that daily operations align with business needs to achieve sales goals. You will work collaboratively with store management and staff, fostering a positive and engaging retail environment while representing Fossil's core values of authenticity, grit, curiosity, humor, and making a meaningful impact.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in daily store operations and acting as a key holder for opening and closing procedures.

  • Coaching and motivating team members to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.

  • Observing and responding to business needs, adapting strategies to enhance store performance.

  • Promoting brand loyalty and providing customers with an exceptional shopping experience.

  • Supporting management in maintaining store standards, product displays, and inventory control.

  • Collaborating with the team to ensure a positive and inclusive work culture.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of relevant retail experience (fashion retail preferred).

  • Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to inspire and motivate team members while maintaining professionalism.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business demands.

  • Passion for customer service and brand building.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
