Description:

Cineplex Theatre Managers are vital team members who ensure each guest has an exceptional experience. Managers are responsible for enforcing company policies and standards across the venue while maintaining business vision and fostering positive team morale.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee smooth operations of Amusement, Food & Beverage, Guest Service, and Retail departments.

• Maintain venue standards, ensuring all internal and external inspections and checklists are current.

• Execute Groups & Events within the venue.

• Recruit, interview, train, coach venue management staff, and plan for succession.

• Enforce fair discipline according to company policies on performance and behavior management.

• Manage theatre budget, drive revenue growth, and initiate projects to enhance business and strengthen Cineplex’s reputation.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar managerial environment.

• Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.

• Proven leadership managing teams during high volume periods across multiple departments.

• Strong prioritization, multitasking, and employee development skills while meeting financial and reporting goals.

• Excellent conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills.

• Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate partners, employees, and guests.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Flexible schedule with availability for extended hours as needed.
