Territory Manager

Description:

PG Flooring Inc. (Planchers PG), a world-class hardwood flooring manufacturer known for its quality, style, and environmentally conscious products, is seeking a Territory Manager to oversee the Eastern Quebec and Atlantic Canada regions.

This is a dynamic field role that involves both maintaining strong relationships with current clients and developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is highly motivated by targets, enjoys customer interactions, and thrives in a flexible, on-the-road environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Client & Territory Management

• Train client sales teams on product features, benefits, and new or existing programs (Top Talk).

• Set up merchandising displays at client locations and client-of-client locations.

• Strategically and regularly visit customers to strengthen relationships.

• Create actionable business plans with clients using structured tools (e.g., action sheets and objectives).

• Respond promptly to potential customer inquiries via text, email, or phone.

• Maintain up-to-date records and client interactions in the CRM system.

Business Development

• Recommend and implement strategies for acquiring new customers within or beyond the current territory.

• Develop and execute action plans to meet with potential clients.

• Meet and convert leads into clients through persuasive presentations and product demonstrations.

• Handle all necessary documentation for new account creation and follow up with customer service to complete the process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bilingual (French and English)

• Must reside in Eastern Quebec

• DEP in sales is an asset

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Comfortable with CRM usage and proactive outreach
