Technology Transformation Leader

Description:

We are looking for an experienced Technology Transformation Leader with proven hands-on experience implementing Product-Based Operating Models within large enterprises.
Key Requirements:
8–12+ years of technology transformation experience.
Proven experience transitioning from project-based to product-centric operating models.
Hands-on expertise in product governance, organizational design, role definition, and product-based funding.
Strong knowledge of Agile, SAFe, and Lean Portfolio Management.
Excellent executive stakeholder management and change leadership skills.
Big 4 consulting experience preferred; CPG/manufacturing background an asset.
Must Have: Direct experience leading and executing a product operating model transformation, not just strategy or program management.
