Hiring: Scrum Master III (2 Positions)
Location: Toronto, ON


Must-Have Skills:
5–7 years of experience as a Scrum Master in technology environments.
Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
Hands-on experience with Agile at Scale and leading PI Planning sessions.
Strong proficiency in Jira and Confluence (primary tools).
Proficiency in both Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
Experience leading Agile teams, squads, or pods.
Ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies, manage sprint activities, and remove delivery blockers.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to establish new teams and drive effective sprint delivery.

Nice to Have:
Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
Knowledge of DaaS (Data as a Service) and data consumption.
Experience with Data Lakes and Data Ingestion.
Exposure to Rahona or cloud migration projects.
Basic coding or technical development knowledge.
Previous people management experience.
