Technology Alliance Manager

Description:

Safe Software is seeking a Technology Alliance Manager to join the Partner Alliance team. This individual will play a key role in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding strategic technology alliances and large system integrators to drive business growth and revenue expansion. Reporting to the Chief Business Development Officer, the Technology Alliance Manager will own the end-to-end partner lifecycle and contribute to the company's global alliance and system integrator strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and Recruit: Establish strategic partnerships with technology companies, system integrators, and engineering firms that align with company objectives.

• Onboard and Enable: Ensure smooth onboarding for new technology partners, providing training and support to enable effective sales.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain C-level relationships with technology partners, ensuring alignment with internal teams.

• Drive Revenue Growth: Collaborate with partners to develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies and business plans.

Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies:

• 10+ years of experience in partner management, business development, leadership, and alliance strategy within the SaaS and enterprise software sectors.

• Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic technology partnerships.

• Experience negotiating high-value partner agreements and managing successful partner programs.

• Experience with Fortune 500 and Fortune 5000 enterprises and executive-level relationship building.

• Leadership experience in partner-related integrations during mergers or acquisitions.

• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Ability to succeed in a high-growth, dynamic environment.

• Natural leader with high emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.

• Resilient and adaptable in a fast-changing business environment.
