Long Term Contract

 

Purpose: Ensure candidates have strong communication skills, customer interaction experience, and minimum SailPoint ISC functional knowledge.

Communication Skills (Mandatory)

  • Ability to clearly explain technical concepts in simple, customer-friendly language
  • Comfortable participating in and leading customer calls
  • Structured communication approach (problem → analysis → solution)
  • Clear written communication (emails, chat responses)
  • Asks clarifying questions and avoids assumptions

Customer Interaction Experience (Mandatory)

  • Direct customer-facing experience (calls, demos, troubleshooting, KT sessions)
  • Experience handling customer queries independently or with minimal support
  • Understanding of customer expectations around clarity, timelines, and ownership

SailPoint ISC Functional Knowledge

  • Basic understanding of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud and its purpose
  • Awareness of identity lifecycle concepts
  • Conceptual understanding of authoritative vs authentication sources
  • High-level understanding of connectors
  • Awareness of Tenant Connectivity activities
