Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced SAP BASIS Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP system administration, SAP HANA administration, and production/application support.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support SAP BASIS and SAP NetWeaver environments.
Perform SAP HANA administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
Monitor SAP system performance and resolve technical issues.
Handle SAP system refreshes, system copies, kernel upgrades, and support package upgrades.
Manage SAP transports and background jobs.
Support SAP DEV, QAS, and PRD environments.
Handle Incident, Problem, and Change Management activities.
Ensure SAP system availability, stability, and performance.

Required Skills:
Minimum 8+ years of hands-on SAP BASIS experience.
Strong SAP production/application support experience.
Expertise in SAP BASIS and NetWeaver administration.
Working knowledge of SAP HANA administration.
Experience with system monitoring and performance troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with system refreshes, kernel upgrades, and support packages.
Knowledge of transport and background job administration.
Experience with Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
