As a Technical Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue by identifying client needs, recommending appropriate Deel solutions, and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract close. This role blends technical understanding with customer engagement, ensuring clients maximize value from Deel’s platform. You will work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver a seamless client experience and support post-sale success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and solicit potential clients through outbound and inbound channels.

  • Assess client needs and recommend tailored SaaS solutions.

  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals.

  • Negotiate and finalize sales contracts, ensuring favorable terms for both client and company.

  • Use Salesforce, Jira, and other tools for sales tracking, forecasting, and reporting.

  • Support clients post-sale with training, technical support, and account management.

  • Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and product innovations.

  • Provide input to product teams to ensure offerings align with market demands.

  • Promote and represent Deel in domestic and international markets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.

  • 1–2 years in a sales or marketing role (SaaS preferred).

  • Proficiency in sales and productivity tools (Salesforce, Jira, MS Office, Adobe Suite, Zendesk).

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.

  • Client-focused mindset with adaptability, initiative, and creativity.
