Technical Stack knowledge on Java stack, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)or have experience in any language application development program with goals, KPI, Program tracking, budgets, communication, knowledge of project life cycle, scrum process etc

Experience & Skillset

Initiates, plans, controls, and implements medium to large multi‑year projects using lululemon’s project management practices

Ensures completion of deliverables: charter, plan, schedule, requirements, design, development, testing, implementation, policies, standards, risks, and issues

Develops project budgets, organizes teams, and aligns resource needs

Identifies and manages cross‑project interdependencies

Manages progress and communicates status to stakeholders and leadership

Participates in strategic roadmap planning and portfolio review

Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels

Identifies opportunities for continuous process improvement

Supports smooth implementation of new technologies and vendor integrations

May conduct technical walkthroughs with engineering teams

Collaborates with operations and cross‑functional teams to ensure production stability

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or equivalent experience

Minimum 6 years post‑baccalaureate experience designing and implementing software projects using open‑source frameworks
