Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple engagements within the FaaS practice to provide accounting/financial and/or business advisory guidance to clients related to finance team augmentation, financial reporting, and financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
• Provide timely, high quality client service that meets or exceeds client expectations
• Collaborate directly with the lead partner and the client
• Understand RSM’s service lines and work as a team in providing an integrated service delivery
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the year, depending on clients

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate Degree in accounting or related field
• 10+ years of experience working in a face paced setting and leading teams on multiple client projects
• Ability and willingness to collaborate and work in team settings RSM service lines
• Demonstrated experience in one or of the following areas: finance team augmentation, financial reporting, FP&A, revenue policies/accounting, lease administration/accounting, business combinations
• Ability to maintain client relationships and develop new relationships
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to understand the business objectives, people, and processes with our clients
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPA, CA or equivalent
• Previous client service experience
