We are looking for a detail-oriented Shared Services Analyst – Accounts Payable to join our team!

Key Responsibilities:
Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficiently.
Review invoice coding, approvals, and supporting documentation.
Handle invoice discrepancies, vendor reconciliations, and three-way matching.
Support month-end closing, AP reporting, and audit activities.
Manage vendor queries and shared inbox communications.
Identify process improvements and ensure compliance with internal controls.

Required Skills:
2–4 years of Accounts Payable / Shared Services experience.
Strong knowledge of three-way matching and AP processes.
Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
