Team Lead, Social Media



A key member of the Marketing Communications & Content team, the Team Lead, Social Media:

  • Is a strategic data-driven and creative thinker, who uses their skills to challenge the status quo and tell meaningful stories through social media.
  • Has the ability to communicate within the marketing team cross functionally and to franchise partners to build a greater understanding of our customer, and improve marketing decisions.
  • Shows strong leadership to their direct reports and has the ability provide informal leadership to other members of the content team.
  • Leads the social media strategy, always have a pulse on results, and know how and when to optimize social media campaigns to help reach our overarching marketing goals.
  • Is accountable in owning their own tech-stack, budget and reporting on results to key stakeholders.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Experience leading a team
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • 6-8 years of experience in social media
  • Experience using social media tools such as Sprout, Social Studio, AirTable or Hootsuite
  • Proficient in understanding social media analytics and able to confidently speak to them
  • Experience in Social Strategy and content creation for META, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube and Linkedin
