Position Summary:
Reporting directly to the Vice President of Human Resources, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, partner closely with hiring managers, and help build a strong talent pipeline across Cority's Engineering, Product, and Corporate teams. This role will also focus on employer branding and community engagement to raise Cority’s visibility in professional networks.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: from job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, to offer rollout.

  • Guide hiring managers through all phases of the recruitment process, ensuring an excellent candidate and manager experience.

  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to design and execute strategic hiring initiatives in line with Cority's aggressive growth goals.

  • Track and maintain recruitment metrics and KPIs to evaluate hiring effectiveness.

  • Actively represent Cority in the tech and professional community through networking events and employer branding activities.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a B2B SaaS company or agency environment.

  • Strong understanding of recruitment tools including ATS (Lever) and LinkedIn Recruiter.

  • Proven ability to source and hire top-tier talent efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to build trust and work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and leadership levels.
