Description:
The Talent Acquisition Partner manages a portfolio of roles across multiple crafts, partnering with leadership-level stakeholders to deliver full-cycle recruitment. This role supports hiring across Project Management, Engineering, Data, Client Services, and Strategy functions. The position combines proactive sourcing, structured assessment, and data-informed decision-making to drive hiring outcomes. The Talent Acquisition Partner collaborates closely with the Director and VP of Talent Acquisition to align talent strategy with business priorities.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with leadership-level stakeholders to define role requirements, competencies, and measurable hiring outcomes across Project Management, Engineering, Data, Client Services, and Strategy roles.
- Manage 15–20 concurrent requisitions, driving full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer execution.
- Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent intelligence platforms, building proactive pipelines aligned to workforce plans.
- Leverage recruitment data (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, offer acceptance rates) to inform hiring strategy discussions and improve outcomes.
- Deliver a structured, inclusive candidate experience through interview calibration, consistent assessment criteria, and timely stakeholder communication.
Qualifications
Required:
- 3–5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience within agency, technology, or professional services environments, managing multiple open roles simultaneously.
- Experience recruiting for Project Management, Engineering, Data, Client Services, and Strategy roles, with demonstrated ability to assess functional competencies.
- Proven ability to manage 15–20 concurrent requisitions while maintaining defined time-to-fill and offer acceptance metrics.
- Experience partnering with leadership-level stakeholders to align hiring plans with business goals and workforce strategy.
- Demonstrated use of sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems (e.g., SmartRecruiters) to build qualified pipelines.
