Systems Integration Lead - Temporary Assignment Up to 18 Months (2) with MPAC

Job Description

You provide overall project coordination, team leadership and control of activities related to the elaboration, construction and transition of a diverse range of IT solutions. You are able to convey technical expertise and advice to management and stakeholders to leverage IT solutions and applications that will meet program/service goals and objectives.

You Have
 

  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
  • 7+ years of progressive development experience in a senior technical capacity
  • Advanced knowledge of IT technology, tools, skills, techniques and methods and microservices architecture
  • 3+ years of experience in an IT Team Lead capacity
  • Ecommerce development experience including implementation of payment gateways
  • Applied experience analyzing, designing and developing/configuring applications in one or more of the following:
  • AWS Web Services (Cognito, DynamoDB, Lambda Functions)
  • Python, Java, Groovy, Angular or ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML and CSS, and RESTful APIs
  • Git Version Control
  • Git CI/CD Pipelines
  • Design patterns, Data Structures and Algorithms
  • Unit Testing (Python, Java)
  • Strong knowledge of database concepts with Relational Databases (+ for PostgreSQL), SQL, Cloud computing, Cloud Data Warehouse and Data Lake, NoSQL (DynamoDB)
  • Federated token-based authentication
  • Effective conflict resolution, team building and client relationship management skills
  • Analytical and interpretative reasoning skills to assess client needs and develop cost effective and efficient IT solutions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to communicate effectively to a wide variety of audiences
