A leading Fintech trading firm based in Montreal is seeking a Support Engineer to join their Integration & Deployment team. This role sits at the critical intersection of technology and precision, facilitating the seamless deployment of products across development, production, and research environments. You’ll be responsible for managing change, orchestrating scheduled deployments, and maintaining stability across high-performance trading infrastructure and scalable microservices.

Your work will include assessing and implementing modifications, managing large-scale application rollouts, coordinating production pipeline operations, and decommissioning obsolete systems. You’ll engage in change review meetings, create automation tools, develop launch documentation, and provide post-deployment support. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in high-stakes, mission-critical environments and enjoys optimizing complex systems.

You’ll collaborate closely with development teams, external partners, and trading operations to ensure robust system transitions and streamlined workflows. Strong Linux administration skills, scripting abilities, and familiarity with industry-standard tools like FIX Protocol, SQL, and CI/CD systems are essential.
