Strategic Account Executive

Elastic, the Search AI company, is seeking a results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to drive expansion within our existing Strategic Financial Services customer base. As a key member of our growth strategy, you will focus on deepening relationships, identifying new use cases, and increasing adoption within established Strategic accounts. This role is ideal for strategic sellers who excel at account expansion, cross-selling, and maximizing customer value through cutting-edge search and analytics solutions.

What You Will Be Doing:
 

  • Expand and grow existing Strategic accounts by identifying new opportunities and increasing Elastic’s footprint.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Strategic customers, helping them unlock the full potential of Elastic’s AI-powered search and analytics solutions.
  • Drive adoption of Elastic’s solutions across multiple departments and use cases, ensuring deeper integration within customers’ data ecosystems.
  • Develop long-term partnerships with key stakeholders, from developers to C-level executives, to secure renewals and expand contracts.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Solution Architects, and Partners to deliver outstanding customer experiences and drive growth.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to identify customer needs, usage trends, and expansion opportunities.
  • Execute strategic account plans, guiding customers through complex enterprise sales cycles to increase adoption and revenue.
     

What You Bring:
 

  • A proven track record of expanding Financial Services accounts and driving substantial revenue growth within existing customers.
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions, particularly in technical infrastructure, data, or AI-driven search.
  • Ability to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities and drive long-term value within existing customers.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with both technical users and executive decision-makers.
  • Expertise in strategic account planning, forecasting, and pipeline management within SFDC.
  • Enthusiasm for Open Source and a deep appreciation for the community leveraging our solutions.
