Sunglass Hut, a global leader in fashion and performance eyewear with over 3,000 stores worldwide, is hiring a Full-Time Store Manager for Store #005090. As Store Manager, you are more than just a leader—you are the on-the-floor mentor and brand ambassador. You will ensure that every team member embodies The Sunglass Hut Experience, delivering exceptional service to all customers while nurturing team development and driving performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver on sales targets using The Sunglass Hut Experience tools and strategies

• Lead by example in customer engagement, sales, and store operations

• Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop team members to exceed store goals

• Foster an inclusive, inspirational, and motivating work environment

• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay current on new fashion and eyewear trends

• Execute brand standards and store policies with consistency and attention to detail

• Ensure all promotions, contests, and internal communications are effectively shared with the team

• Build meaningful customer relationships and act as a consistent brand ambassador

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum 2 years of prior leadership experience in a retail or service setting

• Strong grasp of store operations, sales metrics, and customer service excellence

• Exceptional communication, organization, and critical thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous customer service and/or retail experience

• Familiarity with retail technology and performance metrics
