Description:
Coach, part of the global Tapestry family (including Kate Spade New York and Stuart Weitzman), is seeking a Full Time Supervisor (Lead Supervisor) to drive the success of its Toronto store. The role is integral to store operations, sales, team development, and delivering Coach’s high standards of service and brand representation.
This position is designed for a dynamic individual capable of adapting to all roles within the store while mentoring, motivating, and leading a retail team to achieve business objectives.
Sales Responsibilities:
Partner with Store Manager(s) and Assistant Store Manager(s) to align decisions with company priorities.
Endorse, model, and develop the team to deliver Coach’s selling and service expectations.
Implement sales strategies and initiatives across all categories.
Monitor and coach team sales performance; hold team accountable for personal sales.
Maximize clienteling strategies to achieve business goals.
Serve as a personal fashion advisor to customers, driving brand loyalty and sales.
Participate in local market engagement, charity events, and mall initiatives.
Address customer and team needs with tailored solutions and forward-thinking problem-solving.
Develop self and team product knowledge and awareness of fashion trends.
Recruit and develop staff, fostering growth and high performance.
Operational Responsibilities:
Manage daily operational tasks to maintain Coach standards.
Demonstrate strong business acumen and flexibility in shifting priorities.
Maintain store upkeep in collaboration with corporate office.
Use retail systems and reporting tools for informed decision-making.
Adhere to all Coach retail policies and procedures.
Support clienteling and relationship-building efforts using Coach tools and technology.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
1–3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
Technical skills: basic computer proficiency, Mobile POS, iPad/laptop use, cash register systems, walkie-talkie usage.
Physical ability to perform retail tasks: lifting up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally, bending, kneeling, climbing.
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and high-traffic retail days.
