Sr. Environmental Health & Safety Advisor

Description:

• You will audit and provide guidance to the Energy Operations Team for Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations and compliance to promote effectiveness, safety, compliance in their operations for the fuel distribution terminal, and corporate gas bar contracted operations.
• You will lead the development and implementation of business tools for collection, verification, and review for EHS compliance and performance for corporate and local Co-op gas bar operations.
• You will develop EHS standards for corporate gas bar operations according to applicable legislation and contract liability and obligations.
• You will develop and facilitate Emergency Response Management, incident management, and establish a root cause investigation process as it related to energy operations and contracted operators.

Who you’ll work with:

You will work within our Energy business unit, collaborating closely with other team members involved in the operations of FCL and local Co-op gas bar sites and who work to cultivate a culture of safety, compliance, and collaboration across the Co-operative Retailing System (CRS).
