What You’ll Do

• Provide therapy using your preferred evidence-based modalities
• Participate in optional collaborative discussions and peer consult
• Maintain timely, professional clinical documentation
• Contribute to Lodestone’s strong ethical and client-centered reputation

What You’ll Need

• A completed Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counselling, or Social Work
• Registered status with CAP, ACSW or another applicable Alberta regulatory body
• Confidence working independently, with openness to shared team standards
• A clear therapeutic lens and deep respect for client autonomy
• Interest in long-term, values-aligned practice—not just filling hours
