Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join our team in Surrey, British Columbia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring software quality, identifying business and technical requirements, implementing QA processes, and conducting comprehensive software testing.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand and identify business requirements.
Document technical requirements to ensure products and solutions meet business expectations.
Develop and implement QA policies and procedures throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Conduct quality reviews of software products, processes, and information systems.
Perform usability testing to evaluate software functionality and user experience.
Execute software application testing and document test results.
Test information and telecommunication systems to ensure quality, reliability, and performance.

Candidate Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
3–5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and SDLC.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with clients and technical teams.
Must be available to work on-site in Surrey, BC.
