Design, develop, and maintain robust, high-performance full-stack systems that support advanced machine learning and AI applications.
Utilize coding agents such as Codex, Claude Code, or similar tools to execute realistic coding tasks within live codebases.
Collaborate asynchronously with AI research teams to improve system efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
Develop software features and components that align with machine learning performance objectives and research needs.
Participate in open-source contributions and maintain an active GitHub portfolio to demonstrate technical expertise.
Work independently while adhering to project timelines and maintaining high-quality deliverables.
Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure robust and efficient systems.
Proven experience using AI-powered coding agents (e.g., Codex, Claude Code, or equivalent).
Proficiency in Rust, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python — with a strong grasp of full-stack architecture and system design.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field from a prestigious university in the U.S., Canada, UK, Australia, or New Zealand.
Residency in one of the following regions: U.S., Canada, UK, Australia, or New Zealand.
Exceptional analytical thinking and rigorous problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, suitable for asynchronous collaboration.
A keen eye for detail and a passion for building efficient, scalable systems.
Demonstrated contributions to open-source projects or public repositories.
A portfolio of robust personal projects shared publicly on GitHub.
Familiarity with AI system architectures, coding automation tools, or performance-driven development.
Type: Hourly Contract (Independent Contractor)
Commitment: 10–20 hours per week (potential to increase to 40 hours/week)
Duration: Minimum 2 weeks with the possibility of extension based on project performance
Compensation: $70/hr – $100/hr (paid weekly via Stripe Connect)
Schedule: Fully remote, asynchronous work model allowing flexible hours
