Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize robust Java applications and solutions.

• Analyze client requirements and produce technical specifications when needed.

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.

• Participate in code reviews and ensure development best practices are followed.

• Improve application performance and scalability.

• Handle deployment and support continuous integration and delivery processes.

• Collaborate with DevOps, QA, and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Profile:

Education:

• Diploma of College Studies (DEC) in Computer Science or higher.

Experience:

• Intermediate Level: 3 to 5 years of experience in Java development.

• Senior Level: 5+ years of experience with a strong command of complex technical environments and mentoring junior developers.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Java and the Spring framework.

• Experience with reactive programming and frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js, and TypeScript.

• Familiarity with NoSQL databases and Solr.

• Knowledge of microservices and event-driven architectures.

• Understanding of cloud platforms and DevSecOps development practices.

• For senior roles: leadership ability to guide junior developers and manage high-level technical challenges.
