Agentic AI Software Engineer

I'm looking for a highly hands-on Senior Software Engineer who is building production GenAI and Agentic AI systems — not just experimenting with LLMs.
We're particularly interested in experience with:
• 5+ years of professional Python development
• Production Agentic AI / AI agents
• MCP (Model Context Protocol)
• Tool/function calling and multi-step agent workflows
• LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, LangChain or similar
• Agent state, memory and workflow orchestration
• RAG and vector databases
• LLM/agent evaluation, guardrails and HITL
• AWS/cloud-native development
• Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or similar AI coding tools
