PharmaPlanter is looking for a Junior Social Media & Community Operations Specialist to help grow and engage our online and offline biotech communities. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented individual who enjoys building digital connections and crafting impactful content. You’ll collaborate with marketing, sales, and scientific teams to establish our presence across platforms like LinkedIn, WeChat, Discord, and Twitter.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and manage online communities (LinkedIn groups, WeChat, Discord, X/Twitter).

• Plan and execute campaigns, events, and interactive content to drive engagement.

• Respond to community conversations and direct messages in a timely and strategic manner.

• Analyze engagement metrics and optimize future strategies based on insights.

• Partner with scientific, sales, and content teams to align messaging with company goals.

• Stay updated on biotech/tech community trends and help refine our social strategy.

You Might Be a Great Fit If You:

• Have a degree (or relevant experience) in Communications, Marketing, Media, or Life Sciences.

• Enjoy building relationships and engaging with people online.

• Have experience or a strong interest in science, health tech, or biotech innovation.

• Are highly organized and adaptable, able to manage multiple platforms and conversations.

• Bonus points: Fluency in Mandarin or experience with platforms like WeChat, Rednote, or biotech Discord groups.
