Servicenow Consultant
Description:
Responsibilities:
- Own and improve ServiceNow asset management and ITAM capabilities
- Set up and optimize Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM)
- Maintain and enhance CMDB, catalogs, and models
- Improve workflows and ticketing to increase end‑user value and speed of support
- Enable agentic and automated ServiceNow capabilities to streamline customer support experiences
Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of relevant experience, with hands-on experience optimizing ServiceNow capabilities
- ServiceNow fundamentals with hands-on ITAM experience
- Experience working with CMDB, asset models, and service catalogs
- Comfortable taking ownership of setup and optimization work
- User-focused mindset with emphasis on practical impact
