Responsibilities:

  • Own and improve ServiceNow asset management and ITAM capabilities
  • Set up and optimize Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM)
  • Maintain and enhance CMDB, catalogs, and models
  • Improve workflows and ticketing to increase end‑user value and speed of support
  • Enable agentic and automated ServiceNow capabilities to streamline customer support experiences

 

Qualifications:

  • 3–5+ years of relevant experience, with hands-on experience optimizing ServiceNow capabilities
  • ServiceNow fundamentals with hands-on ITAM experience
  • Experience working with CMDB, asset models, and service catalogs
  • Comfortable taking ownership of setup and optimization work
  • User-focused mindset with emphasis on practical impact
