Baxters Landing, part of The Landing Restaurant Group, is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Service Manager to join their team in Oshawa, ON. This role focuses on ensuring an exceptional guest experience through strong operational leadership, staff training, and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Train and supervise team members to deliver the perfect Guest Journey on every visit.

• Ensure strict adherence to food safety procedures and health regulations.

• Work closely with management to achieve revenue goals and operational targets.

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ordering products as needed.

• Attract, develop, and retain top-performing staff while building high-performing teams.

• Promote a culture of open dialogue and role-model company values and practices.

• Maintain safe working conditions and ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Extensive knowledge of restaurant operations, food, and beverage management.

• Demonstrated leadership ability and success in people development.
